Pierson Geoffreys is committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not have affiliates, and we do not sell, share or disclose your information to outside vendors or business relationships.  

If you have opted-in to our email communications (or newsletter) about sales, offers or special events, you will continue to receive messages until you send us an email to cancelcontact@piersongeoffreys.com with "Unsubscribe" in the body of the message.  Please allow up to 30 days for removal.

Order Handling

Depending on your shipping selection, we ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and no signature required or with tracking and signature required, at a flat rate. If you have a package safety concern in your delivery area, we encourage you to select signature required.  Our goal is to ship within 1-2 business days, provided your order request and authorization of payment is received before 1:00 pm eastern standard time.  If received after that time, the first day will be considered the following business day.  Upon shipment completion, you will receive an email with the tracking number, and please note USPS tracking numbers are typically not available in the USPS automated tracking system until after 24 hours, but you can track your shipment by using USPS.com and receive update notifications from USPS.  If you have questions regarding your placed order, please email orders@piersongeoffreys.com.  All other questions should be directed to info@piersongeoffreys.com.

Returns

Returns must be new, unopened, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by emailing returns@piersongeoffreys.com. We will provide you with a RMA number and return shipping instructions via email.  Upon receipt of cigars and inspection of your return, which should be packaged securely with tracking, you will be credited for the sale, less shipping costs. If you have purchased a box or bundle of 20 or more cigars, we allow a 1 stick allowance, but you must return all remaining cigars to receive a full credit, less shipping costs. Please note it take 5-10 business days to process a return. We do our best to provide an accurate description of each blend and conduct a final inspection of our cigars and packaging before shipping.
